Prolog - Sweden has a very unethical police force
There had been a serious accident with a gas leak in a biogas-powered car. It started with the driver quickly losing his memory without realizing it, ending in unconsciousness. But the police claim that this cannot happen. The police have the guts to deny just about everything. It is important for the police to be able to accuse individuals, to portray themselves as heroes.
Here there is absolutely deliberate fraud by the police that affects individuals. The question is how common is this form of forgery that results in convictions for innocent people?
There was certainly a witness following the car, it is a taxi driver who does not understand that it is biogas that affects what is ahead. The car rolls very slowly on the wrong side of the road straight towards the truck. This is used to prove that the Medical Examiner claims that all elderly people with Zopiclone in their blood have committed suicide. Unconsciousness is completely avoided being mentioned. The car rolls straight towards the truck without anything happening, which is because the driver is unconscious when the cruise control is started after probably first vomiting from lack of oxygen over the steering wheel. It is important for the Police to hide all this, as they want to be able to Judge harshly.
Elderly people can get Zopiclone value just by using according to their doctor's prescription. It's about half-time values where a Medical Examiner incorrectly stated a maximum of 6.5 hours FOR ELDERLY PEOPLE. It is absolutely higher 8 hours, which is recognized outside Sweden. It is extremely difficult for the elderly to be falsely convicted. Many elderly people will die prematurely from these ABUSES.

POLICE FORGERIES With 9 forgeries, it was arranged that the car, which the driver was sure was the cause, was not examined at all. It was scrapped as quickly as possible. Not noted. Forgery 4. Alleged wobble, testimony makes it muscular impact of asphyxiation. Forgery 5. Police investigation puts everything down to negligence, but unconscious. Couldn't swerve or try to brake. Why wouldn't someone reflexively try to swerve. Forgery 6. Police investigation does not record speed of 50km/h when cruise control is activated. Plays a significant role, carelessness.Forgery 7. Police investigation alleges recklessly negligent but was unconscious.Forgery 8. Police involved in ban on retrieving tools from damaged car and could have taken photos in the car. Forgery 9. Police renamed biogas-powered to gengas-powered. Importantly, it was now clear that the biogas car would not be investigated. Somewhere the police renamed the car to gengas-powered. It was a gas car, an accident investigation should have taken place. They had been informed of Zopiclone in the blood, so that is now the cause, although nothing is true in the case.
Accident NOT caused by sleeping pills. You do NOT suddenly lose your memory from sleeping pills. Happens here. Total memory loss happens! Not caused by sleeping pills.
You do not vomit from sleeping pills, but from lack of oxygen. Probably happens. Probably falls against the steering wheel. Not caused by sleeping pills.
When the body falls towards the steering wheel, the cruise control is probably activated. Happens. Not consciously. Not caused by sleeping pills.
A short stretch with slight wobble. Can only be explained by the driver's lack of oxygen in the blood. Happens. Not caused by sleeping pills.
The effect of sleeping pills never gradually gets worse. But that's what happens here. Not the sleeping pills causing it.
You do NOT become unconscious from sleeping pills. Unconsciousness occurs (not recognized by Police). Not caused by sleeping pills.
I was found not breathing in a crash. Likely effect of suffocation. Not caused by sleeping pills.
MUST DIE when refuses prison, but doesn't want to die now
The accident itself happened in unconsciousness, there is evidence, but it is not noted by the Police. The entire journey when the car rolls with cruise control towards the truck is allegedly deliberate. A VERY SERIOUS ATTACK IS COMMITTED. DESPITE IT PROBABLY EVERYTHING HAPPENS IN UNCONSCIOUSNESS SHOULD BE PRISONED. DOES NOT GET EVEN A LIGHTER FOOTSHOT. IT IS IMPORTANT TO HAVE THE MAXIMUM PUNISHMENT.
Tried to take the case to the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court and Registrar (without name) there protect a Medical Examiner's serious actions with the following comment: "you don't seem to be feeling so well so we advise you to seek help". Had then tried to come by claiming a serial assault against certainly a number of ELDERLY by a Medical Examiner, as he claims the half-time value for Zopiclone 6.5h ALSO APPLIES to the elderly. In Sweden, no special value is noted for the elderly, not adapted to WHO. The decisive factor was that the Supreme Court said no to taking up the case, this Medical Examiner really needed to be examined. What the Medical Examiner claims is easy to examine with various tests. What the Medical Examiner claims is also denied internationally where the WHO changed in 2022 to the half-life value for the elderly and Zopiclone being 8 hours. If this higher value were suddenly to apply in Sweden, it would have been impossible to judge whether a suicide had occurred, meaning that the defendant did indeed have a value in the blood but was not aware of it. What this coroner explained everything with was extremely strange, that the accused had taken sleeping pills WRONGLY just before driving with the intention of practically committing suicide during a short drive (although suicide is not always mentioned). The coroner claims that it is completely safe and can therefore arrange a verdict against these elderly people. Which is extremely hard to take for the affected person. Premature death for the elderly probably increases and great despair. Life feels like it's over after being so violated. The claim is very strange, why would this suddenly become common in Sweden? It is based entirely on the incorrect half-life value of 6.5 hours for the elderly and Zopiclone, which the Medical Examiner just claims. If the half-life value of 8h according to WHO 2022 had applied in Sweden in 2024 when the verdict was issued, this verdict would not have been possible. The long series of forgeries and frauds carried out by the Police (9 to be precise) to be in harmony with the verdict for which the Medical Examiner is primarily responsible, would not have made sense for the Police to carry out. However, an accident investigation would have been necessary. It was missing. A series of incorrect old verdicts had become mandatory to take a position on. Which was not so good for the police statistics. In addition, a major legal scandal. So much IF it hadn't been in Sweden. Shows that Swedish COMPETENCE in Judgments and in the SUPREME COURT'S position, has a very large consequence.
I would have thought that the SUPREME COURT would do a serious job, when it requested to handle a series of serious elderly cases with the wrong half-life value of 8 hours for Zopiclone used in Sweden. They are playing with the case instead.
Shouldn't the Swedish Judiciary with the Supreme Court be scrutinized in the EU after this?
A single incorrect half-life value of 6.5 hours in the blood of Zopiclone is really the only evidence we have against us older sleeping pill users.
The half-life value for us older people is actually 8 hours. The higher value is supported by more and more people today. Including WHO. That difference is HUGE for us older people. The half-life value of 6.5 hours actually only applies to middle-aged people. The terrible thing is that the Medical Examiner's Office, with its position, means that all of us must now have committed a deliberate serious crime. That is the absolute last thing I and certainly others would do.
With the correct value 8 h it is about taking the sleeping pill Zopiclone several nights in a row and then getting a value that we were not aware of at all 75ng/g. It is over 50ng/g and is then called Serious Drug Addiction. With this Forensic Physician a Police Expert has been made punishable with imprisonment for 2 years for a person with a doctor's prescription and at the same time loses a driving license for 18 months. It is a complete disaster that makes us serious criminals. Not possible in any other country.
In this case, what actually happened also disappears. The biogas car was scrapped so that it would not be discovered that this was the fault.
With the Police Report, the Attorney General had the opportunity to take a position, but only wrote it off. Like the Prosecution Authority did 4 times before. This was absolutely decisive, which then caused several years of struggle against the Swedish Judiciary. Which now ends in threats to commit suicide so that it will finally be noticed.
Tens of thousands of older Swedes use this sleeping pill Zopiclone and many take the drug in this way, several nights in a row. A doctor's prescription allows for this method of taking. To avoid this, the individual must decide not to follow the prescription.
It has literally become life-threatening for the elderly. The medical examiner, with his incorrect half-life value, has made the whole thing a unique event and all these elderly people into serious criminals.
The Swedish Police have found a real gold mine here that the Medical Examiner contributes. Many elderly people can now be convicted of a serious crime that the Police can solve so easily. Good for the Police statistics.
Claims that the only way to solve this is to change the FASS at the Medical Products Agency. Elderly people should not use sleeping pills where there is a risk of building up levels in the blood. Drugs for elderly people should not have a higher half-life than 5.0 hours. There are such drugs, such as Zolpidem. Then there is no build-up in the body night after night. Like this: 3-5 x 5 hours ≈ 15-25 hours. Which means that the drug is gone from the body within a day.
It is strange that the Medical Products Agency did not want to change what the WHO claims, when there are judgments ONLY in Sweden that refer to the half-life value for Zopiclone.
The Supreme Court actually takes a position that Suicide has occurred, entirely according to the Medical Examiner.
The prosecution claims that the undersigned also attempted to commit suicide. Claims that Zopiclone in the blood is impossible, with less than trying to take the funds directly for driving The prosecution is so routine that no conversation takes place with the victim. Abuse always succeeds with Police power.
However, there is a problem here, the undersigned is not a standard pensioner who is easily accused of suicide.

The fight over alleged criminality in the Swedish judiciary has meant that several years of time have been lost. Since the CRIME against me began 10 days after interrogation in December 2022, I have been forced to fight against Police criminality.
I ALSO DON'T WANT TO BE AMONG MANY PEOPLE IN A CROWDED PRISON AS AN ELDERLY PERSON. IT WOULD RISK INFECTIOUS DISEASE AT MY AGE WITH ALL THE SERIOUS INJURIES I HAVE.
It's enough that I've already been subjected to a long series of serious crimes by the Medical Examiner, Police and Prosecutor. They've also forced me to lose my driver's license for 18 months, which gives me a lot of extra work.

TOTALLY REFUSE TO BE EXPOSED TO MORE SERIOUS CRIME
ACCIDENT 7.11-22 AT 10.30
Described in several places, but it all started 10 days after buying the biogas car YBA 582, a red VW Caddy, when I thought I noticed a hydrogen sulfide smell from the car when it was running, but only at floor level. I didn't understand at the time how it was connected, but hydrogen sulfide is heavier than air, while methane gas is lighter than air. If there is a leak from below in the car, the gas leaks straight up and concentrates in the passenger compartment at head level. I raised the alarm about a known hydrogen sulfide smell where the car was purchased on 1.7.
Sellers completely denied the risk with this. I know afterwards that the car was inspected on 25.2-22 in Södertälje before disposal which then ended up in Lessebo when a gas car was requested. Damage to the gas pipe had cost many thousands of Swedish kronor to repair for the previous owner, one suspects they did not check properly or deliberately ignored it. That there was latent damage. What I afterwards understood in despair that I should have gotten a methane gas detector. Everyone with a gas car should definitely get one.
Only on 7.11 was the ventilation normal for the first time, previously it was open straight out. Only after a minute or so I have no more memory. There is nothing in my memory about the slow driving of the car that takes place. I don't see the VW Caddy driving behind.
Methane gas leak affects incredibly quickly can't be compared to anything else. Don't remember the struggle to keep the car on the road.
What happens next is based on the testimony of an older taxi driver. He chose to follow for almost 10km, despite a speed of only 50km/h. He was worried that a serious accident would occur. I have become certain that the only reason for this low and fixed speed was that the cruise control was on, you don't drive so steadily otherwise and that the beginning must have been vomiting over the steering wheel. Lack of oxygen always occurs with vomiting. Vibrations in the steering wheel were seen by the follower. That must have been what happens when muscles are affected by lack of oxygen.
Makes an allusion to driving into own property in Fagerhult according to the Taxi Driver. It is not possible as it is not possible to drive slower than 50km/h. The last conscious thing is to turn the steering wheel and then end up on the wrong side of the road. Then rolls steadily at a steady speed, a few KM. If it had been conscious, of course it would not have continued on the wrong side of the road, but the car rolls ONLY WITH CRUISE CONTROL towards an oncoming truck in road dosage. This after a couple of km. No swerving occurs, rolls straight. The truck swerves into the terrain but hits the left side of the car. The left arm is torn off.
Oncoming car driver stopped and found my body dead without breathing or pulse. After a few minutes, the truck driver was found unharmed, thanks to the low speed and the fact that he had time to slow down. By then, pulse and breathing had returned.
THEN EVENTS HAPPEN THAT BELONG IN A POLICE STATE. They then commit such crimes that they have been forced to investigate with thousands of hours. It is a consequence of PURELY CRIMINAL events WITH forgeries carried out by the SWEDISH POLICE.
I myself started by clearly declaring that the cause of the accident was a gas leak during questioning. Everything points to this. After the investigation, I have become 100% certain of what happened.
To remove what was the real cause of the accident, it is about falsifying the Police and Prosecutor to make it match what the criminal Medical Examiner claims. This satanic devil has thus crushed both me and other elderly people. That such an authority figure can receive complete protection all the way up to the Supreme Court, it is a national emergency. The key point is of course that despite being absolutely certain that the cause was a gas leak, no investigation of the car was carried out, but it was simply scrapped as soon as possible around 7.12. It was extremely urgent to get the car removed, but it did not happen that quickly. The car did not disappear until 20.1. Tried to get the opportunity to see the car that was parked at the Police Building in Växjö. LF announced that Police did not approve it being allowed to come there.
Was very upset that the car was going to be scrapped without an investigation. When the car disappeared I reported this to the police repeatedly. On to the Attorney General. Everyone just wrote it off. CORRUPTION.
The police investigation that takes place will then guide the Courts. Not a single part described is true. The most important thing is of course that there is unconsciousness that is made to disappear by the Police. Everything is manipulated.
10.10-25 to be put in prison Despite being unconscious after severe suffocation and very seriously injured with a torn arm at the time of the accident. He is also 73 years old. He is convicted with a completely wrong story, nothing was mentioned in the Police Investigation about either suffocation or unconsciousness. The convicted person allegedly committed a variant of Suicide, which was inspired by the Medical Examiner. Says absolutely NO, that would NEVER HAPPEN. He was about to become unconscious from gas asphyxiation. All of this is hidden, in order to adapt to what the Medical Examiner claims. Refuses cooperation after all the forgeries that the Police have committed against me. SO I HAVE TO THINK ABOUT ENDING MY LIFE, DESPITE I HAVE A LOT OF KNOWLEDGE TO CONTRIBUTE. Want to live but not have to accept what they do. Have sought detailed knowledge, for them everything is about what some authority claims. Like with the incorrect half-life value for Zopiklon 6.5h. Their fabricated accusations seem unthinkable in other countries. They are so eager to accuse without the slightest background knowledge, personal and pure facts, that they make certain claims impossible. Like denying a gas leak in a gas truck. What they have done in this case is completely unreasonable. Nine forgeries, without a single conversation. The Swedish Police have such self-hubris that they believe they can do everything without the slightest risk. The fact that they are actually on the way to becoming a Police State, that it could go so badly in an EU country is shocking. I myself have always been of a scientific mindset, for them it is a reference to a person with a certain status who rules. The Supreme Court also supports crimes that have occurred, where a Forensic Pathologist is primarily responsible, but the Police then gladly helps with forgeries. The Supreme Court says no to going any further, they are colleagues with the Forensic Pathologist, Police and Prosecutor in the Judiciary. Probably other elderly people convicted with the same conscious errors that the Medical Examiner claims. Then the Police adjust investigations to be able to arrange false verdicts. When these verdicts can easily be falsified deliberately, how common are such verdicts? Careless Swedish verdicts seem quite normal. It feels terrible that other elderly people have been forced to go through what I myself have suffered. It will lead to the premature death of elderly people. I have lived a life saying no to everything illegal, now that the Swedish legal system has gone that way, I say NO.
Accused
Accused by the police with the worst false accusation possible. The police use their power, carry out nine forgeries in order to be able to accuse and sentence the 73-year-old to physical imprisonment when he should have been given foot shackles first. Everything is wrong in the case, but foot shackles are more lenient. The basic crime was a gross assault by the Medical Examiner. Completely certain of what happened after investigation. Unreasonable assaults carried out in the Swedish justice system.

Of course not mentioned in the Police Investigation, everything is distorted to deliberate Suicide BUT it was suffocation in a gas car. They do everything to be able to convict an innocent person. Despite only 50 km/h the crash unfortunately hits. Was first found dead. One arm had been torn off. The arm was then attached to the body with 23 screws. Plus a number of other lifelong health problems.
The case went up in the Tidö government, so the punishment was harsher. I was initially going to get shackles, but it was changed to prison, which is a disaster for me. My background is ecological and also with a long climate education critical of the Tidö people. Only cases where something has happened where the truly innocent are punished. Of course, the Swedish Medical Products Agency should not have let the elderly be prescribed large amounts of Zopiclone by doctors.
